We were very excited to get an opportunity to collaborate alongside Cox Media to tackle a website redesign for Career Point College. At first glance, we knew this website needed a makeover, and we were full of ideas on how to revamp their site and promote further success for Career Point College. To begin with, they were managing multiple websites that essentially had the same information on them. So right off the bat, we knew we needed to not only develop an updated website, but also to create a way for students and prospectives to access information in a single location.

Before the redesign, Career Point’s website took an average of over 5 visits per person before an engagement occurred. In other words, their site was not doing a great job of providing the right information from the very beginning to its prospective students. On top of that, the website was essentially three or four different websites that cross contained the same information.

After thorough planning and investigation, we created a fully responsive website via WordPress that utilized the latest technology in terms of web standards for Career Point College. The new website took all of the information that was previously repetitive and scattered and made it into one website that encompassed all of the campuses. Next, we created visual graphics and call-to-actions that allowed for a more interactive experience altogether. For example, we created Career Point’s first online application to make it simple and easy for students to apply to the college in one place.

Our goal of the web redesign was to make it easy for students to learn all about what Career Point can do for them in just one visit to the website. We are very proud of the work that was done for Career Point College and we would love for you to see for yourself!
