It’s finally Fall! It’s that time of the year when we take our sweaters out of boxes (even though it’s still 100 degrees in Austin, TX) and consume pumpkin-spice flavored everything, despite what the haters say. As October 31st approaches, we could all use a fun night out to get us in the Halloween spirit! We have entertainment options for everyone, on the big screen AND the small screen, in-person, and even up close and personal!

Blue Starlite Mini Urban Drive-In

Almost EVERY day this month you can find a Halloween or horror-themed showing- from Midsommar to Shaun of the Dead to The Rocky Horror Picture Show and everything in between.

Generally, tickets are $9 for an individual walk-in ticket, $30 for 2 people and a car slot, and $45 for a car slot with unlimited passengers. So, bring a lawn chair and a blanket and pack the car up with all of your friends and favorite snacks!

There are simply TOO many showtimes and show options, it’s spooky! Here’s the link for more info.

House of Torment

Sure, movies are great but they’re two-dimensional. Dracula is a must-see, but are we really going there to be scared? I don’t think so. If you want a fright unlike any other, you have to experience this series of haunted houses. They have clowns, zombies, and characters only your nightmares could come up with.

Don’t fret, they’ve got so many time slots throughout this month, you can squeeze in a scare anytime.

Ticket prices vary from $19.99 to $32.99 with available add-ons and on-site food, drinks, photo opportunities, games, and activities.
