HMG Creative is thrilled to announce that we’ve added a new team member! His name is Daniel Price and he’s filling in a brand new position, created for the purpose of keeping projects on track and aligned with the needs of our clients. With new service offerings and a growing clientele, HMG is thrilled to welcome our first ever Creative Services Manager!
Here’s a bit about Daniel from the man himself:
My name is Daniel Price and I am a Creative Services/Project Manager. I was born in Richmond, Virginia, grew up in the Houston area, and after some bouncing around ended up in Austin in 2009. I went to music school in Florida and did that full-time until deciding to pursue a career in tech. I’ve worked as a graphic designer, front end developer, digital media director, and a project manager over the past eight years, working mostly for agencies. I put down roots and bought a house with my fiancée in February and we are getting married in 2020. When I’m not throwing down at work, I love hanging with my fiancée, my little poodle mix named Cayman, playing the guitar, seeing shows, eating at new restaurants, and playing bar trivia.

Where’s your favorite place in the world?
Paris is my favorite place SO FAR. A beautiful city with a beautiful history. Old world meets new world!
What are you most passionate about?
Music and traveling! I love seeing shows, discovering new artists and playing guitar. I’ve been to 48 out of 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii – I’m coming for you) and many countries!
What would your last meal be?
Well, this is just morbid. Fine – spaghetti and meatballs it is.
What fictional character do you relate to the most? Why?
Benedict Cumberbatch. Just kidding he’s real, but how fictional does that name sound?
On your day off, where would you be? What would you be doing?
Hanging with my future wife and my dog! Hitting up a new restaurant in town. Placing Top 5 in bar trivia somewhere. Okay bar trivia brag over.

I love to catch up on shows way after they are over. Just finished watching Sons of Anarchy and I’m watching Homeland now! The Office is always a good go-to.

Odd Duck, Lil’ Darlin, Red Ash, Town Lake, Fresa’s
Why did you choose to work at HMG?
HMG is an agency that truly cares about becoming a client partner, not just getting projects done. The fact that we have been around for 16 years is proof of that.
As HMG’s first Creative Services Manager, Daniel acts as the primary point of contact for all clients as they go through the project life cycle. His goal is to maintain positive relationships with our clients to support overall trust and establish long-term agency partnerships.
